first round of pictures (i.e 1st nap!)

We went to Millenium Park in Chicago and there is this rally rad kidney bean shaped mirror thing. It was probably the coolest thing that I saw in Chicago. Here are a few pictures from that. The phychadelic one is from under neath and inside it. Can you find me? Don't worry if you can't, I couldn't either! There is an ice skating rink there and two huge glass blocks that display faces of ordinary folks in chicago. That was a bit of a strange art exhibit I thought. To each his own though, right? It was a good time, we went to the city had breakfast, walked around by the lake, went to Macy's and walked downtown a bit. Chicago is such a beautiful city. That is one of my regrets is not going to Chicago more often when I lived back there. It was only 3 hours away and yet I never spent any time there. We were getting ready to leave and I had the idea to go to Macy's to get an after Christmas sale on a first Christmas ornament for Owen. Good idea huh? There were some ornament in there for over $100! Sorry Owen I love you but Christmas is not that important! We got him a really nice simple ornament, only $20 after the discount!
