After the "mommy matinee" at The McMenniman's Kennedy School on tuesday a few of the momma's wanted to take their lil ones for a dip so we took Owen on his first swim in their soaking tub. It was actually a really nice day and the tubs are outside so that was a plus. It was a blast. wen loved it and had a blast. We took a few of the bath toys to play with, although the fate of the rubber ducky is still unknown, it was fun seeing the other babies get excited about toys in the water. here are a few pics of the big adventure.
I did not mention that in the picture below with mike holding the backdrop I am actually behind it holding owen up!!! It makes the picture a bit more funny. adds a bit more dynamic to it!

Hi Amy: I had Mike in the pool very early also and he really liked it a lot. He of course was born in Feb. so I could not get him as soon as Owen but it was quite early. Illinois weather is quite cold in February. He and I spent many a wonderfuly great time in our backyard pool. We have sone great shots of him in his bating suit. Love Dad Darfler
Its so great to see all of the fun you guys have been having. Keeps far away friends in the loop! I loved the bean mirror pics. The pool looks like fun too. Eldon and I are going to the Y on monday.
i found the rubber pants for him to use in the pool! i think they'll fit him! i'll mail it monday!!

you were an early swimmer too...you loved the water! i'm glad to see that you are having the chance to get together with other moms and are enjoying their company! miss you and will see you soon!!!
