fun in the sun

the weather was great this last week and we got a lot done in our yard. It helped that Owen was able to play in the pool and with his tricycle and may other exciting toys that he has not seen in a bit! pictures of the garden and new chickens soon to come.

Our neighbor has a little girl that is 3 months younger than Owen and now that the weather has been nice we have been seeing more of them around. Riley is a bit shy but she ventured over the fence tonight to come and check out the chickens and play with owen. Little did she know she was going to be smothered in kisses and hugs from our "ladies man"!!

We went to the beach for my birthday. I just needed to relax and enjoy a bit of some yurting! We went to Ft. Stevens and explored an old ship wreck, it is considered to Graveyard of the Pacific. Played around in Astoria and Cannon Beach. Great Birthday. Thanks. (the picture of the ice cream is my "birthday cake")

the black one is really mean. she has attacked owen a couple of times. not hurt him just scared him. i think he is a bit intimidated now by them.
